Welcome to RESEARCH MASTERS. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Research Masters, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information

2. Account Registration and Security

Student Accounts:

• Students may register accounts by providing valid email addresses and creating secure passwords
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without permission

Writer Accounts:

• Writers are vetted and onboarded exclusively by platform administrators
• Writers must provide accurate credentials, qualifications, and background information
• Writers undergo background checks and skill assessments before approval
• Unauthorized individuals cannot create writer accounts

3. How the Platform Works

For Students:

• Post assignments with clear requirements, deadlines, and budget amounts
• Review bids from verified writers and compare their profiles and ratings
• Negotiate terms until both parties reach agreement
• Confirm acceptance to activate the task and unlock secure chat
• Payment is held in escrow until you approve the delivered work
• Request revisions if work doesn't meet the original requirements

For Writers:

• Browse available tasks and submit competitive bids with proposed pricing and timelines
• Negotiate terms with students until mutual agreement is reached
• Deliver high-quality, original work that meets all specified requirements
• Communicate professionally through the secure chat system
• Receive payment after student approval of delivered work

4. Payment Terms

Students:

• Free tier: Pay per task with a 15% platform service fee added to the writer's price
• Plus tier ($30/month): Covers up to 25 tasks per month with no additional per-task fees
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Payment is held in escrow when a task is accepted
• Funds are released to writers only after you approve the delivery
• Refunds are issued according to our refund policy (Section 10)

Writers:

• Platform retains a 15% commission on all completed tasks
• Payment is released within 24-48 hours after student approval
• Withdrawals can be made to verified bank accounts or payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply

5. Privacy and Data Security

• All communication occurs through encrypted, secure chat channels
• Files and messages are private to task participants and platform administrators
• We maintain complete audit trails of all interactions for security and dispute resolution
• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties
• Administrators may access chats and files only for support, quality assurance, or dispute resolution

6. Academic Integrity and Responsible Use

Important Notice:

Research Masters provides academic assistance and reference materials. All work delivered through our platform should be used as:

• Study guides and reference materials
• Examples to learn from and improve your own work
• Research assistance and tutoring support
• Templates and frameworks for your own original submissions

Student Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with your institution's academic integrity policies
• You must understand and follow your school's guidelines regarding outside assistance
• We strongly encourage using delivered work as learning tools rather than direct submissions
• Research Masters is not responsible for any academic integrity violations resulting from improper use of our services

7. Content Quality and Plagiarism

Writer Obligations:

• All delivered work must be original and plagiarism-free
• Writers may not submit previously written work or content from other sources
• Proper citations and references must be included as required
• Work undergoes automated plagiarism detection before delivery

Quality Standards:

• Work must meet the specifications outlined in the task requirements
• Grammar, formatting, and citation styles must comply with student requests
• Deadlines must be respected and deliveries made on time
• Students may request revisions if work doesn't meet original requirements

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Plagiarizing, copying, or submitting non-original work
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent payment or escrow systems
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent task requirements or bids
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempting to communicate outside the platform to avoid fees
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or compromising platform security
• Spamming or posting irrelevant content
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

9. Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise between students and writers:

• Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication
• Either party may escalate the dispute to our support team
• Our mediation team reviews chat logs, files, and original requirements
• We make fair decisions based on evidence and platform policies
• Escrow funds remain locked until disputes are resolved
• Decisions made by our dispute resolution team are final

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy:

• Students may cancel tasks before a writer is assigned for a full refund
• After acceptance, cancellations require mutual agreement or administrative approval
• Full refunds are issued if delivered work completely fails to meet original requirements
• Partial refunds may be issued for work that partially meets requirements
• No refunds are given after student approval of delivered work
• Subscription fees for Plus tier are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time

11. Intellectual Property

• Research Masters retains all rights to the platform, design, and technology
• Students own the rights to work delivered through the platform after payment
• Writers grant students full usage rights upon completion and payment
• Platform content (logos, text, images) may not be reproduced without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

Research Masters provides the platform "as is" and:

• We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results
• We are not liable for academic integrity violations by users
• We are not responsible for disputes between students and their institutions
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Receive multiple complaints or negative ratings
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies
• Pose security risks to the platform or other users

Suspended or terminated users forfeit access to pending tasks and may forfeit payments depending on circumstances.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance
• Users may close their accounts if they disagree with updated terms

• Arbitration or legal proceedings in your local jurisdiction if necessary
